Safeguarding

Safeguarding our pupils and the wider school community is of paramount importance to the staff and governors of Tylers Green Middle School. We have worked extremely hard including ongoing staff training, external scrutiny and support from Bucks Council to ensure our practices are exemplary to ensure our pupils are kept safe. Please find our Safeguarding Statement and Child Protection Policy (and supporting documents) which detail how we achieve our safeguarding obligations.

Every person, whether a staff member, governor or visitor, abides by our TGMS 6 Principle Points. We believe the consistent application of our principles fosters the most effective culture of safeguarding for our pupils.

We also promote our core safeguarding team to our pupils so they know the faces of those who can help support them beyond their classroom adults.
